The app won’t open

Use Open Anyway in System Settings → Privacy & Security. See Install and open.

Turn on Screen & System Audio Recording for Make It a Video. See Mac permissions.

Check Microphone permission and the input you chose, then make a ten-second test. The editor also flags audio that needs a look.

It’s in the folder you chose in the save box. Exports aren’t uploaded anywhere.
