Make It a Video isn’t notarised by Apple yet, so macOS will warn you the first time you open it.

Download and unzip
Download Make It a Video and unzip it.

Move to Applications
Drag Make It a Video into your Applications folder.

Open it and click Done
macOS warns you because the app isn’t notarised by Apple yet. Click Done, not Move to Bin.

Choose Open Anyway
In System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway next to Make It a Video.
You only do this once. You don’t need to turn off any security settings. Once the app is notarised by Apple, it will open first time with no warning.
