Automatic redaction helps, but it can’t know everything that’s private to you. Watch the finished MP4 before sharing, and use a demo account with sample data where you can.

Questions
Does it catch everything?
It looks for emails, phone numbers, card and bank numbers, passwords, keys and IP addresses. It works on the finished recording, not live while you record. Always watch the finished video before sharing, because it can’t know everything that’s private to you.
