You sign in with your email and password when you first open the app. Your account opens the app; your projects and recordings stay on your Mac.
Create an account
Choose to create an account in the app, enter your email and a password, then confirm your email from the message we send you.
Forgot your password?
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. It opens a page in your browser where you can reset it.
One account, one workspace
Projects aren’t shared with other accounts on the same Mac. If two people use one Mac, each signs in with their own account and sees their own projects.
Can’t sign in?
The app explains what went wrong. Check your internet connection and password, and try again. If it still fails, contact support with the email you used. There’s no Apple or Google sign-in.
